How to maintain the machine
1. Technical Maintenance
Shift Maintenance: Performed every 8-10 hours of operation.
Level 1 Maintenance: Performed every 100 hours of operation.
Level 2 Maintenance: Performed every half year or one season of operation.
Technical Inspection: Performed once a year.
1.1 Shift Technical Maintenance Content
(1) Check whether the continuous bolts are loose. If they are, tighten them promptly.
(2) Clean the air filter and replace the oil in the oil pan. In dusty environments, such as during droughts, clean the air filter twice per shift.
(3) Wipe off dirt, dust, and oil from the machine's surface, and inspect for diesel engine oil leaks, water leaks, and air leaks.
(4) Lubricate the separation claws, each operating handle, and the movable parts at both ends of the pull wire.
(5) Grease all chains.
(6) Check the rotary tiller for looseness. If it is loose, tighten it and remove any entangled weeds, wires, or debris.
(7) Inspect the gearbox. If the gearbox lubricating oil is insufficient, add it promptly.
(8) Address any other faults or abnormalities immediately.
1.2 Level 1 Technical Maintenance Content
(1) Complete all tasks listed under "Shift Technical Maintenance."
(2) Check the clearance between the clutch release lever and the release bearing, ensure the end of the release lever is properly adjusted, and verify that the locking nut is tightened.
(3) Check the slack in the track and the tightness of the V-belt.
(4) Inspect the rotary tiller blade bearing; clean the intermediate shaft bearing and add grease. Apply grease to the release bearing, place it in a container with grease, and heat the grease to allow it to penetrate into the bearing. After cleaning and heating, remove and reinstall the bearing once it has cooled.
(5) Replace all engine oil in the crankcase and clean the crankcase with diesel. Draining and cleaning must be performed after the machine has been preheated. Any scale in the cylinder head and water channels should also be removed.
(6) Remove the oil filter and clean it in clean diesel to remove any dirt outside the filter.
(7) Check the C2mm engine spray hole at the upper end of the crankcase. If it is blocked, clear it with a needle.
(8) Inspect the wear on the supporting roller.
1.3 Level 2 Technical Maintenance Content
(1) Complete all tasks listed under "Level 1 Technical Maintenance."
(2) Track Maintenance: Remove the track, clean weeds and mud, and check for damage. Perform necessary repairs and adjust the operation method accordingly.
(3) Perform diesel engine maintenance according to the diesel engine manufacturer's instructions.
1.4 Technical Overhaul
(1) Disassemble the entire machine. Clean and inspect all parts.
(2) Replace severely worn parts.
(3) Check the plane of the oil pump and adjust the end-face clearance between the oil pump gear and the pump body to regulate oil pressure.
1.5 Technical Maintenance Precautions
(1) The technical maintenance procedures are based on the expected wear and tear of parts during the unit's use. Operators must follow these procedures, performing maintenance by level, item, and quality. During busy operational seasons, maintenance items should not be arbitrarily reduced or maintenance cycles extended under the excuse of tight schedules.
(2) The procedures are based on general operating conditions. If the operating conditions are special and significantly affect the unit's technical status, the maintenance cycle and content may be adjusted based on the actual situation and the season.
(3) For maintenance and adjustments that are technically complex, professional technicians should be consulted or the machine should be sent to specialized maintenance units.
