2. Multiple Agricultural Tools Can Be Replaced:
A rotary tiller can be equipped with various agricultural tools, such as rotary tillage knives, pesticide sprayers, trenching backfillers, fertilizer applicators, and more, to meet the needs of different stages of farmland operations. During spring plowing, the rotary tillage knives can be swapped for soil plowing, the trenching device can be used to create trenches before sowing, and the weeding wheel can be used for weeding during crop growth. Shift maintenance is performed every 8-10 hours of operation.

1.1 Shift Technical Maintenance Tasks
Check for loose bolts: Ensure that continuous bolts are not loose. If any are, tighten them promptly.
Clean the air filter and change oil: Clean the air filter and replace the oil in the oil pan. Given the machine operates in a dusty environment, it should be cleaned twice per shift during dry conditions.
Clean the machine surface: Wipe off dirt, dust, and oil from the machine's surface. Inspect for diesel engine oil leaks, water leaks, and air leaks, and address them as needed.
Lubricate moving parts: Lubricate the separation claws, operating handles, and movable parts at both ends of the pull wire.
Grease all chains: Apply grease to all chains.
Check for loose rotary tiller: Inspect the rotary tiller for looseness. If loose, tighten it immediately and remove any tangled weeds, wires, or debris.
Inspect the gearbox: Check the gearbox. If the lubricating oil is low, add oil promptly.
Address other issues: Identify and fix any other faults or abnormal conditions as soon as they are detected.
