Correct use of the Tractor Tree Hole Digger
1. Install the pit digger on the tractor. Before use, check whether the tractor power output shaft is connected to the pit digger, and whether the transmission parts, working parts and reducer parts are working normally. It can be put into use only after they are working normally.
2. The driver should put the tractor's joystick in the "floating" state, and wait for the pit digger drill bit to align with the center of the pit mark to be dug, and then fall by its own weight, so that the drill bit rotates and enters the soil. It is strictly forbidden to enter the soil first and then engage the power.
3. After the drill bit enters the soil, the soil cut by the spiral blade is thrown to the pit wall under the action of centrifugal force, and rises to the ground along the spiral blade under the action of friction, and is thrown around the pit. When the drill bit reaches the predetermined depth of soil entry, pull the hydraulic joystick to let the drill bit rotate and rise to the ground, and then dig another nearby tree pit.
4. During use, if the soil is relatively solid or the diameter of the pit to be dug is too large, it can be excavated in several times. First, use a small diameter drill bit to excavate, and then use a larger diameter drill bit to mill the small pit larger until the required pit diameter and depth are reached.

Machine maintenance
1. Before operation, check the connection between the tractor and the digger. If the bolts are loose, tighten them; check the operation of the reducer. If there are any abnormalities, eliminate them; check the quality of the spiral blades of the drill. If there are any defects, repair or replace them.
2. During operation, if the drill speed suddenly drops and black smoke comes out of the tractor exhaust pipe, it may be that the drill encounters tree roots or rocks. The drill should be lifted immediately, and another pit site should be selected after troubleshooting.
3. After the operation, the soil on the tractor and digger should be cleared, and lubricating oil (grease) should be added to each lubrication point. Some waste oil can be applied to the spiral blades of the drill to prevent rust.
4. When the machine is not used for a long time after the season, the machine should be fully maintained and stored in a ventilated and dry place indoors for future use.

The power output interface on the tractor drives the drive shaft to rotate, and the gearbox steering drives the drill bit to rotate. The spiral drill bit drives the sand and soil upward to complete the digging operation.
The tree planting pit digging machine is mainly composed of a machine base on the tractor traction plate position, on which a drill rod, a drill frame, a passive wheel, and a lifting shaft are installed, and a V-belt pulley is fixed at the bottom end of the lifting shaft.
