Inspection and preparation before starting:

Starting and preheating:

Open the diesel filter handle in a clockwise direction, connect the fuel tank, pull up the reducer handle with your left hand, and start shaking the crankshaft with your right hand to check whether there are any collisions and loose noises in the parts.
After the diesel engine is started, it should be allowed to idle at medium speed for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the water temperature to rise to about 60°C before it can be operated.
Starting operation:
Release the locking claw of the brake pedal and return the pedal to the relaxed position (if starting on a slope, the brake pedal should be gradually released while the tractor starts).
Depress the clutch pedal for 1 to 2 seconds, then gently shift the main gear lever to the desired gear. If the gear cannot be engaged, gradually increase the throttle while slightly releasing the clutch pedal.
Operation during driving:
Adjust the gear appropriately according to the road conditions and maintain an appropriate speed.
Pay special attention to safety and drive steadily when turning, climbing, reversing, etc.
Slow down in advance when turning, turn the steering wheel slowly, and avoid swerving.

Check the oil and water levels, add diesel, engine oil, cooling water, brake fluid and hydraulic oil in time, and check whether they are filled enough and whether there is leakage. Replace the engine oil and gear oil suitable for the temperature, and clean the oil filter and replace the oil filter element at the same time.
Clean the diesel tank filter, clean (or replace) the diesel filter, and maintain the air filter. Replace the new air filter element.
Check the valve clearance, fuel supply time, and injection quality, and adjust them if they are not suitable. Check whether the battery terminals are clean, the wiring is tight, and the vents are unobstructed. 3.
