Small Walk-behind Chain Trencher

The disc trencher transmits the rotation of the engine to a larger diameter disc equipped with a cutter, and realizes excavation through the rotation of the disc. The disc device structure is driven by a diesel engine, and after a series of belts, chains, sprockets, turbine reducers, etc., it is decelerated to achieve low speed and high torque, thereby driving the turntable to rotate and dig. The whole machine has high assembly cost, complex structure, frequent parts failure, low efficiency, and is only suitable for small projects such as roadside excavation.

The machine is highly efficient and has higher operating efficiency (3-5 times that of excavators, and self-propelled ones are more efficient) and economic benefits than manual excavators and excavators. Especially in the case of digging narrow and deep trenches (burying pipes or cables), the operating effect of the machine is more prominent.
