1. Running-in of micro crawler tiller.
 
Like other tractors, newly purchased tillers must be run-in before use to achieve the best use effect and extend the service life: the running-in of the tiller is divided into three stages, namely the engine no-load running-in, the tiller no-load running-in and the tiller load running-in. Engine no-load running-in: After the engine is started, run at medium speed for about 10 minutes, and then check the technical status of the engine at different speeds, paying attention to the sound, oil pressure, exhaust color, water leakage, air leakage, oil leakage, etc. No-load running-in of the tiller: Do not load any tillage implements to walk, from low gear to high gear, first forward and then backward, each gear should be turned left and right slowly, and attention should be paid to checking whether the clutch works normally, whether the gear shifting is easy, whether there is any disordered gear disengagement, whether the turning is flexible, and whether the braking is reliable. Load running-in of the tiller: The tiller is equipped with different tillage implements for operation, and the load is from small to large, and the gears are shifted one by one for running-in. After the tiller is run-in, replace the engine crankcase oil and transmission box gear oil while they are still hot.

2. Adjustment of the micro-tiller.

 

Before the micro-tiller is operated, all parts should be adjusted before it can be operated.

① Adjustment of the clutch cable. When the handle is not held or the handle is loosened, the clutch is separated and the machine cannot move. When the handle is held tightly, the tensioning spring moves the tension wheel upward, tightens the V-belt, and the tiller moves, and the machine is in working condition. If the clutch is not clearly separated or the belt slips, the clutch cable bolt must be adjusted. The method is: loosen the locking nut on the clutch cable tube and adjust the bolt with a wrench. If the clutch is not clearly separated, the adjusting bolt should be turned inward until the clutch can be separated clearly. If the clutch is not well engaged, the adjusting bolt should be turned outward until the clutch can be engaged, and then the nut should be locked. If the clutch cable bolt cannot make the clutch work normally, the tension of the belt needs to be adjusted.

② Adjust the throttle cable. When the throttle handle on the handrail is opened to the maximum position, the throttle on the engine should also be opened to the maximum position. If the handle on the handrail is opened to the maximum position but the throttle on the engine cannot be opened to the maximum position, the throttle cable should be adjusted. The method is: first loosen the locking nut of the throttle cable, unscrew the adjustment screw a little, make it meet the above requirements, and re-tighten the nut.

③ Adjustment of the tightness of the V-belt: The tightness of the V-belt is to gently hold the upper and lower edges of the belt by hand. If it is too loose or too tight, it needs to be adjusted. The method is: loosen the 4 mounting bolts of the engine, move the engine forward or backward appropriately, make the tightness of the V-belt meet the above requirements, and tighten the corresponding bolts.

④Adjustment of the height of the handrail. It is based on the operator's feeling of appropriate height. Generally, when the engine is placed in a horizontal position, the height of the handrail should be waist-high. The adjustment method is to take out the adjustment bolt of the handrail, change the operating height of the handrail, and then insert the adjustment bolt into the corresponding adjustment hole and lock the nut.

⑤ Adjustment of tillage depth. Take out the resistance rod pin and change the upper and lower connection holes of the resistance rod to adjust the tillage depth. When the pin is inserted into the upper hole of the resistance rod, the resistance rod is lowered and the tillage depth is increased. When the pin is inserted into the lower hole, the resistance rod is raised and the tillage depth is reduced. Some machines use bolts to adjust the height of the resistance rod. Correct maintenance of micro crawler tillers


The scientific implementation of maintenance work can keep the micro tiller in good operating condition and avoid major faults.
1. Blade protection. If you need to use a micro tiller with a knife holder, it is forbidden to drive the micro tiller on stone roads or cement roads. During the operation of the micro tiller, farmers should clean up large stones and other debris in the field in time, otherwise the stones can easily damage the blades and affect the function of the micro tiller. Farmers should regularly check the blades of the micro tiller and replace the damaged blades in time.
2. Clean up debris. Affected by the operating environment of the micro tiller, the surface of the micro tiller will inevitably be attached to more debris and soil. Farmers should clean up these stains in time. If weeds and other debris are entangled on the blade, stop the engine and then use iron hooks and other equipment to clean the weeds.
3. Oil replacement. The operating condition of the micro tiller will be directly affected by the engine oil. In the process of selecting the engine oil, farmers need to strictly implement the operating requirements of the micro tiller. After a certain operating cycle, the performance of the engine oil gradually deteriorates, and the engine oil needs to be replaced regularly. Generally speaking, the engine of the micro-tillage machine needs to be replaced after 20 hours of operation. If the micro-tillage machine has just been purchased, the oil in the gearbox needs to be replaced after 50 hours of operation. The amount of oil added should be controlled to ensure that the transmission parts of the microcomputer can be effectively covered. During the oil maintenance process, if the engine has a high temperature, it needs to be cooled before maintenance operations can be performed.
4. Parts maintenance. After a long period of operation, the micro-tillage machine will inevitably have different degrees of damage problems, which will affect the normal operation of the micro-tillage machine. Therefore, farmers need to scientifically disassemble the micro-tillage machine, thoroughly clean various parts, and carefully check them. If the wear of some parts is serious, new parts need to be replaced. After completing the cleaning and assembly process, the micro-tillage machine running-in process needs to be re-implemented. Under normal circumstances, after the micro-tillage machine has been running for 2 years or 2000 hours, parts maintenance work should be carried out.
5. Idle maintenance. If the tiller needs to be idle for a long time, first drain all the lubricating oil in the tank and add new oil. Then run the engine at a lower speed for about 5 minutes and then turn it off. If there is paint peeling on the outside of the tiller, apply anti-rust paint, engine oil, etc. to avoid rust and other problems. Seal the belts and device outlets of the tiller and wrap them tightly.
