Recently, professional overseas agricultural machinery clients visited our factory to inspect our upgraded multifunctional crawler tiller with front digging and rear rotary tillage functions, focusing on product performance, working principle and actual field working effect.

During the visit, our technical team gave a detailed introduction to the machine's core working principle. Driven by a high-power diesel engine, the machine adopts a split hydraulic transmission system: the front hydraulic digging arm relies on hydraulic cylinder power to realize flexible excavation, ditching and soil lifting. Meanwhile, the rear rotary tiller is driven by a stable gear transmission system, which drives high-hardness blades to rotate at a constant speed, completing soil breaking, tilling and soil leveling in one operation. The reinforced crawler chassis provides uniform ground adhesion, preventing slipping while ensuring stable power output for both digging and tillage operations.
