1. General maintenance
(1) Check and tighten the connecting bolts, check whether the latch, cotter pin and other vulnerable parts are damaged, and replace them if necessary.
(2) Check whether the transmission box, crossbar and bearings are short of oil, and replenish them immediately if necessary.
2. Quarterly maintenance
(1) Thoroughly remove the dust and oil stains on the machine, and completely replace the lubricating oil and grease.
(2) Check whether the blade is excessively worn, and replace it if necessary.
(3) Check whether the hood, drag plate, etc. are deformed, restore them to their original shape or replace them.
(4) Check the appearance of the machine, repaint it, and apply oil to the machete and spline shaft to prevent rust.
(5) When not in use for a long time, the rotary tiller equipped with a wheeled tractor should be placed on a horizontal ground and should not be hung on the tractor.
