1. Adaptive spiral drill bit design
The double-helix alloy steel drill bit is used to optimize the spiral rise angle (28°-32°) and tooth arrangement to achieve adaptive drilling under different geological conditions such as clay and sand and gravel. 2. Hydraulic servo control system
Equipped with a pressure-compensated hydraulic motor (rated pressure 16MPa), the drilling speed is adjusted in real time through the PID algorithm. When the drill bit encounters obstacles such as stones, the system can automatically rise 5-10cm to avoid obstacles, and the failure rate is reduced by 67% compared with mechanical transmission.
