1. Before operation, the location and direction of the visible and hidden objects (wires, underground cables, optical cables, pipelines, tunnels, etc.) at the construction site should be found out and marked with obvious signs. It is strictly forbidden to operate within 1m of the cable.
2. The location and data of the leveling points and wire control piles in the operation area should be clear, and the line laying and line inspection work should be completed in advance and checked.
3. There should be no tree roots, stones and other debris in the grader operation area. For solid soil, loosening should be carried out first. When leveling the ground with a large slope, it should be flattened with a bulldozer first, and then leveled with a grader.
4. Before operation, it is necessary to focus on checking whether the lighting and sound equipment are complete and effective; whether the fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, etc. meet the requirements; the stability of the hydraulic system; the stability of each connector; and whether the tire pressure meets the requirements.
5. Before starting, check that there are no obstacles or pedestrians around the machine. After the beep, start at low gear, and test and confirm that the brake is sensitive and effective. After starting, the indication values of each instrument should meet the requirements. It can be started only after the internal combustion engine runs normally and stably.
6. When working, the scraper should be lowered close to the ground first, and then lowered to shovel the soil after starting. When shoveling soil, the cutting depth of the scraper should be adjusted at any time according to the resistance of the shoveling soil. The difference in the lifting amount of the scraper should not be too large to reduce the formation of a wavy working surface.
7. When performing various scraping operations, the machine should be driven at a low speed. When encountering hard soil that needs to be loosened with a tooth rake, the teeth should be lowered slowly. The tooth rake should not be used to loosen the slag or concrete road surface.
8. When using a grader to remove snow, anti-skid chains should be installed on the tires, and the deep pits and grooves on the road surface should be explored section by section before operating.
9. When the grader is turning or reversing, the low gear should be used; when driving normally, the front wheel should be used for steering. When the site is particularly narrow, the front and rear wheels can be used for steering at the same time.
10. When driving normally, the scraper and the tooth rake should be raised to a high position, and the scraper should be placed at an angle. The ends of the scraper should not exceed the outside of the rear wheel. The driving speed should not exceed 20km/h. When going downhill, it is not allowed to coast in neutral.
11. During the construction operation, the torque converter oil temperature should be paid attention to at any time. If it exceeds 120℃, the operation should be stopped immediately and continued after the temperature drops.
12. After the operation, it should be parked in a flat and safe place, the scraper should be dropped on the ground, and the hand brake should be tightened.
