Ⅰ. Preparation before operation of tractor tree planting and digging machine
(1) Equipment system inspection
Tractor status: effective braking, no leakage in hydraulic system, complete PTO protective cover
Suspension mechanism: no wear on three-point connecting pin, normal lifting limit
Power transmission: sufficient lubrication of transmission shaft ten-bit, no jamming of telescopic key
Drilling system: drill blade wear ≤30% (blade thickness ≤5mm needs to be replaced)
(2) Site safety confirmation
Underground detection: use pipeline detector to scan planting belt (detection depth ≥1.5 meters)
Ground bearing: compaction test ≥85% (sand soil moisture content needs to be <15%)
Operation radius: equipment rotation radius × 1.5 times is the safety warning zone (≥8 meters)
Ⅱ. Key parameter setting of tractor tree planting and digging machine
Recommended operating parameters (soil hardness ≤25MPa):
Drill speed: 120-180rpm (low value for clay soil, high value for sandy loam soil)
Downward pressure: hydraulic system maintains 1.5-2.5MPa (suspension mechanism automatic floating mode)
Pit depth control: depth limit rod preset value = design depth + 5cm (reserved settlement)
Ⅲ. Standard operating procedures for tractor tree planting and digging machine
(1) Equipment hook-up
① Turn off the tractor → ② Lock the hydraulic safety valve → ③ Adjust the lifting arm spacing → ④ Align the connecting pin hole → ⑤ Insert the anti-drop pin + lock plate
(2) Power docking
PTO transmission type: Depress the clutch pedal to the bottom, first engage the power output shaft (speed ≤500rpm), and gradually increase the engine speed to the working gear.
(3) Precise digging operation
Point positioning: Use the laser locator to calibrate the pit center (error ≤3cm), and lift the drill bit to a position 30cm above the ground.
Drilling stage
Operation sequence: ① Start PTO → ② Hydraulically lower the drill bit → ③ Pressurize after contacting the surface
★ Key control: Drilling speed ≤ 0.5m/s (automatic pressure relief protection when encountering hard layers) ; Real-time detection of drill pipe verticality (dual-axis level tilt < 2°) .
Clearing the hole and lifting the drill: Lift the drill bit to 20cm from the bottom of the hole and pause for 3 seconds (centrifugal soil removal), repeat 2-3 times until the hole wall is smooth.
Ⅳ. Treatment of special working conditions of tractor tree planting and digging machine
Drill bit stuck: immediately cut off PTO power → hydraulic reverse lifting, fill the pit with water to soften and clean
Hydraulic pipe burst: turn off the engine → lock the safety valve, replace the hose with pressure resistance ≥ 25MPa
Encountering underground obstacles: stop drilling → mark the position and evacuate, and deal with it after manual exploration
Ⅴ. Technical points for maintenance of tractor tree planting and digging machine
Daily maintenance: Add lithium-based grease to the transmission shaft (add oil until the old grease overflows); Recheck the torque of the cutter head bolt (standard value ≥ 120N·m);
50-hour maintenance: Replace the hydraulic oil filter (ISO 4406 standard 18/16 grade); Adjust the clearance of the three-point suspension ball joint (radial clearance <1mm);
Seasonal maintenance: Add antifreeze to the hydraulic system (-25℃ mark); Blade surfacing wear-resistant layer (hardness HRC55-60).
