1. Before operation, check whether there are obstacles and other factors that endanger safety around the grader, and let irrelevant personnel leave the operation area.
2. Check the tightness of each connection. Pay special attention to whether the connection bolts at the wheel hub, drive shaft, etc. are loose.
3. Check whether the steering and braking devices are flexible and reliable.
4. When driving on the road, the "Road Traffic Safety Law" should be strictly observed, and traffic violations are strictly prohibited. The scraper and tiller must be raised to the highest point, and the ends of the scraper must not exceed the outside of the rear wheel. The speed must not exceed 20KM/h, and it is not suitable for operation at night.
5. High gear can be used when driving on a flat road, and low gear is suitable when driving on a poor road or slope. When operating, low gear is used.
6. When the grader turns and turns, the lowest speed should be used.
7. When going downhill, the gear must be engaged, and neutral sliding is prohibited.
8. When driving, the front wheel is generally used for steering. In places where the site is particularly narrow, the rear wheel can be used for steering at the same time. However, in areas where the minimum turning radius of the grader is smaller than that of the grader, it is not allowed to force a turn.
9. When braking, the clutch pedal should be stepped on first. The brake cannot be used when the torque converter is in a rigid blocking state.
10. The rotation of the scraper, the adjustment of the shovel angle, and the tilting to the outside of the machine must be performed when the machine is stopped. The difference in the lifting amount of the scraper during operation must not be too large.
11. When encountering hard soil that needs to be loosened by a tooth rake, the teeth should be lowered slowly. It is not easy to use a tooth rake to loosen hard old roads.
12. When parking on a slope, the front of the vehicle should be facing downhill, and the blade or tiller should be pressed into the soil.
13. The grader should be parked in a flat and safe place, and should not be parked in a pothole with water or on a slope.
14. The grader must slow down when reversing, and pay attention to avoid migrant workers and other personnel and machinery working around, and strictly prevent the scraper from extending out of the body and causing scratches.
