How to Use a Small Snow Sweeper
The small snow sweeper is a specialized machine used to remove snow from roads. Its usage method mainly includes the following steps:
Connecting the Main Unit and the Snow Sweeper Body
First, connect the main unit to the accompanying snow sweeper body using a quick-change connector. The lock pin of the quick-change connector must be inserted into the pin hole of the snow sweeper bracket, and the lever must be fully pressed and locked.
Connecting the Closed Snow Sweeper Body
When connecting the closed snow sweeper body, ensure that the contact surfaces are free of visible dirt and other impurities, and that the connection plate is fully installed. During the connection process, the closed snow sweeper must be lifted; otherwise, the bottom of the connection plate may not connect properly, which could result in a serious accident.
Connecting the Hydraulic Quick Connector
Connect the accompanying hydraulic quick connector to the main unit, ensuring that the quick connector is properly seated. When installing and removing the hydraulic quick connector, be sure to turn off the engine and use the pressure release function to release the internal pressure in the lines.
Maintain the Proper Amount of Snow Blower Brushes
Maintain the appropriate amount of snow blower brushes to ensure better cleaning performance.
Start the Equipment
Start the equipment to begin the rotation of the snow sweeper, ensuring that the edge of the snow sweeper's blade is just touching the ground. The rear end of the blade should be slightly lifted from the ground, and the engine should be running when the engine is in cleaning mode. To achieve better cleaning performance, try to reduce the speed.
Start the Machine
When starting the machine, the engine throttle should be in idle mode. Slowly press the button using the variable flow control switch and use hydraulic impact force to achieve motor start protection. After running for a few minutes, the motor speed will typically increase to the correct throttle state.
Precautions During the Cleaning Process
During the cleaning process, try to reduce excessive cleaning effects to prevent over-wear of the brushes. After using for some time, check the brush wear on the snow sweeper, and adjust the brush pressure by tightening the bolts to ensure good cleaning performance.
Speed Control
The snow sweeper should operate at a low speed with moderate speed settings to better remove debris from hard surfaces. If you drive too fast, it will stir up dust and affect the operator's visibility.
