Pre-start inspection:
Safety check: Make sure the rotary tiller is placed on flat ground and the engine switch is in the stop position.
Inspect the engine:
Check the crankcase and gearbox for oil leakage.
Check the oil level to ensure that it meets the requirements.
Check whether the air filter is clean.
Check the fuel level to ensure that the fuel is sufficient and clean (the fuel should be left to settle for more than 72 hours).
Inspect the rotary tiller:
Check the gearbox oil level.
Measure the tire pressure to ensure that it meets the standard.
Check whether all nuts, bolts and screws are tightened.
Starting operation:
Move the fuel switch handle to the "on" position.
Cold start: If the engine is cold started, move the choke handle to the "off" position.
Start the engine according to the instructions in the engine manual, usually including pulling the starter rope or using electric start.
Preheat before operation:
Let the engine idle for 3~5 minutes, and it is not allowed to work at high speed and full load immediately.
Start operation:
Engage power: engage the power of the rotary tiller in the lifting state, wait for the rotary tiller to reach the predetermined speed, slowly lower the rotary tiller, and let the rotary tiller gradually enter the soil.
Entering operation: It is strictly forbidden to start directly when the rotary tiller is in the soil to prevent damage to the rotary tiller and related parts. After the rotary tiller enters the soil, it should move forward at a constant speed, and it should not drop rapidly or reverse or turn sharply.
Turn at the head of the field: When the power is not cut off, the rotary tiller shall not be lifted too high, and the transmission angle at both ends of the universal joint shall not exceed 30 degrees, and the engine speed shall be reduced at the same time.
Adjustment and control: adjust the rotary tillage depth and blade speed in time according to soil conditions to achieve the best tillage effect.
End operation and stop:
Lift the rotary tiller: When the operation is completed or the plot needs to be transferred, first raise and lock the rotary tiller, and then cut off the power of the rotary tiller.
Cooling and maintenance: Let the engine run at idle speed for a few minutes to cool down, and then turn off the engine.
Cleaning and inspection: Clean the soil and residue on the rotary tiller, and check whether the blades and parts are worn or damaged.
Note:
Maintain the normal water temperature of the diesel engine between 75℃ and 95℃.
When releasing cooling water, open the radiator cap first (after the water temperature drops), and then open the cylinder block drain switch.
Make sure the rotary tiller is installed correctly and fixed firmly, and check whether the universal joint lock pin is reliable.
