I. Daily maintenance (before and after each shift)

1. Cleaning and appearance inspection

After the operation, clean the oil and dirt on the machine body in time to prevent corrosion. Check whether the outer shell has cracks or deformation, and focus on checking the wear of the impact parts (such as hammer head and drill rod).

2. Tightening and lubrication

Shake to check whether all bolts and nuts are loose (main machine connection, handle fixing point, etc.), and tighten them immediately. Add grease (such as lithium-based grease) to bearings, pins, and slideways to keep the moving parts flexible.

3. Oil and electrical system

Check the oil level of engine oil and hydraulic oil (between the oil dipstick marks), and add the same type of oil if it is insufficient. Wipe the electrical interface and check whether the cable is aging and broken to avoid short circuit.

II. Regular maintenance (according to the working time cycle)

Weekly: Replace the air filter element (shorten the cycle in dusty environment). Clean the hydraulic oil breathing valve and oil tank filter.

Monthly: Replace the hydraulic oil filter and check the oil quality (oil needs to be changed if it is turbid or emulsified). Test the effectiveness of the safety device (emergency stop button, overload protection).

Every 500 hours: Replace the hydraulic oil of the whole machine (drain the old oil in the hot state, clean the oil tank and add new oil). Check the sealing of the impact cylinder and release the residual nitrogen (if it is a hydraulic hammer type).

Yearly: Disassemble and inspect the power unit (engine/motor), clean carbon deposits and scale, and replace wear parts (such as piston rings and bearings). Anti-corrosion treatment of the whole machine, spray anti-rust paint.

III. Special maintenance of hydraulic system

Leakage prevention: Check the oil pipe joints and hydraulic cylinder seals every day, and replace the O-rings or oil seals when leaking.

Pressure monitoring: Abnormal shaking or noise may indicate a hydraulic pump failure, which requires shutdown for investigation.

Oil temperature control: Stop and cool every 2 hours of continuous operation to avoid oil temperature > 80℃ causing seal aging.

Ⅳ. Long-term storage and maintenance

Empty the fuel tank and run until the engine is turned off to prevent oil blockage.

Remove the battery, charge it to 60% and store it dry.

Release the pressure of the hydraulic system, apply anti-rust grease to the hammer head and piston rod, and cover the whole machine with a dust cover.

Start the machine for 10 minutes without load every 3 months to lubricate the internal parts.

Ⅴ. Operational safety and taboos

Maintenance is prohibited during operation: especially during sinking or impact, maintenance must be stopped and power off.

Abnormal response: Immediately stop the machine when there is current fluctuation, abnormal sound, or high temperature, and do not force it to be used before troubleshooting.

Personal protection: Wear goggles when disassembling high-voltage components to prevent oil splashing.
