I. Daily operation maintenance
Pre-shift inspection
1. Check whether the drill spiral is damaged and tighten all bolts and nuts
2. Confirm that there is no abnormal sound in the reducer and the oil level of the hydraulic lifting mechanism is normal
3. Lubricate the universal joint drive shaft (add butter every 8 hours)
Note during operation
1. When the drill speed drops suddenly, immediately increase it to prevent tree roots/rocks from damaging the drilling tool
2. Monitor the oil pressure and water temperature indicators on the dashboard, and stop the machine for inspection when abnormal
II. Key system maintenance
Transmission system
1. Replace the gear oil of the transmission every 100 hours and clean the breathing valve
2. Check the wear of the universal joint cross shaft, and replace it if the gap exceeds 2mm
Drill maintenance
1. After operation, remove the soil from the spiral and apply anti-rust oil
2. Check the blade wear every season, and grind the blade if the thickness exceeds 5mm
III. Long-term storage measures
1. Thoroughly clean the body and empty the fuel tank to prevent colloid precipitation
2. Disassemble the drill bit and store it separately, and apply lithium-based grease to prevent rust
3. Retract the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, and wrap the exposed part with anti-rust paper

Troubleshooting steps
Hydraulic lifting power failure: ① Check the filter ② Test the overflow valve pressure
Transmission shaft abnormal sound: ① Tighten the connecting bolts ② Check the cross shaft lubrication
Drill bit runout: ① Correct the concentricity of the main shaft ② Replace the bearing
