Technical maintenance content
(1) Check whether the continuous bolts are loose. If they are found to be loose, tighten them in time.
(2) Clean the air filter and replace the oil in the oil pan. The working environment of the unit is harsh and dusty. It should be cleaned twice per shift during drought.
(3) Wipe off the dirt, dust and oil on the surface of the machine, and check and eliminate diesel engine oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage.
(4) Lubricate the separation claws, each operating handle and the movable parts at both ends of the pull wire.
(5) Grease all chains.
(6) Check whether the rotary tiller is loose. If it is loose, tighten it in time and clean up various entangled weeds, wires and other debris.
(7) Check the gearbox: if the box lubricating oil is insufficient, add it in time.
(8) Eliminate other faults and abnormal phenomena found in time.
