Precautions before use
  • ‌Check the parts‌: Before use, you must carefully check all parts of the rotary tiller, especially whether the rotary tiller blade is installed upside down, whether the fixing bolts and universal joint lock pins are firm, and deal with any problems in a timely manner.
  • ‌Start the machine: Before starting the machine, the clutch handle of the rotary tiller should be moved to the disengaged position to ensure safety.
  • ‌Connect the power‌: Engage the power in the lifting state, and the unit can start only after the rotary tiller reaches the predetermined speed, and slowly lower the rotary tiller to make the rotary tiller blade enter the soil. It is strictly forbidden to start directly when the rotary tiller blade is in the soil to prevent damage to the rotary tiller blade and related parts.
  • ‌Operation speed‌: The forward speed during tillage should be adjusted according to different terrains. 2~3 km/h is appropriate for dry fields, 5~7 km/h is appropriate for plowed or harrowed land, and it can be appropriately faster in paddy fields, but remember that the speed should not be too high to prevent the tractor from overloading and damaging the power output shaft.
  • ‌Safe operation‌: When the rotary tiller is running, people are strictly prohibited from approaching the rotating parts, and no one is allowed to be behind the rotary tiller to prevent the blade from flying out and injuring people. When checking the rotary tiller, the power must be cut off first. When replacing blades and other parts, the tractor must be turned off.
  • ‌Turning and reversing‌: When turning at the end of the field without cutting off the power, the rotary tiller must not be lifted too high, and the transmission angle at both ends of the universal joint must not exceed 30 degrees. When transferring plots or traveling long distances, the power of the rotary tiller should be cut off, and it should be locked after being raised to the highest position.
  • ‌Maintenance‌: The rotary tiller should be maintained after each operation, the dirt and weeds on the blades should be removed, the tightness of each connection should be checked, and lubricating oil should be added to each lubricating oil point.
