The maintenance of hand-held pile drivers mainly includes the following aspects:
Daily maintenance:
- Cleaning the equipment shell: Avoid dust accumulation, and clean the sealing parts of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
- Check the power cord and leakage protector: Ensure that the line is safe and reliable.
- Lubricate the sliding parts: Use an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to prevent wear of equipment parts.
- Check the pipeline: Clean the water pipe and hydraulic oil pipeline to ensure that the pipeline is unobstructed, and replace aging pipes in time.
Weekly maintenance:
- Check the fixing bolts, wire ropes, pins and other components: Ensure that the parts are firmly tightened.
- Check the guide rails, hinges and motors: Ensure normal operation, and check the chassis and crawler structure of the equipment to avoid component damage.
Monthly maintenance:
- Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the hydraulic oil tank: Be careful not to mix hydraulic oils of different specifications.
- Check the rubber parts, sealing rings and hydraulic joints: Ensure that the equipment is tightly sealed and there is no oil leakage.
- Check the wire rope, brake, wheel and axle: ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Winter maintenance:
- Replace the gear oil: In the cold winter, special attention should be paid to the replacement and maintenance of the gear oil to ensure the normal operation and extend the service life of the pile driver.
- Clean the oil tank: Use detergent or diesel to flush the inside of the oil tank to ensure the oil is clean and reduce wear.
Other maintenance measures:
- Regularly check important parts: such as slewing mechanism, slewing support, diagonal support adjustment mechanism, sprocket wheel, column guide rail, etc.
- Protect sensitive parts: Take protective measures for exposed wire and cable joints, oil pipe joints, etc. to prevent wear and friction.
- Keep clean: Regularly check and clean the hydraulic oil tank, oil pump, control valve and other parts to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
